How to Raise a Complaint

What Information to Include
- Your full name and contact details
- Your client reference number, if applicable
- The name of the solicitor or staff member involved
- A clear description of your complaint
- What outcome you are seeking
Our Response
We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within seven days of receipt. We aim to provide a full response within eight weeks.
Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman at www.legalombudsman.org.uk or by telephone on 0300 555 0333.
